Sadly to say that Malaysia is with world class facility but 3rd class mentality. Let us not look far but take a look around us; our house, our surrounding and our neighborhood. What do you see?
I managed to snap 2 photos at the staircase of an apartment in Penang-Tanjung Bungah. This staircase area is serve as an emergency exit in case of fire out break or when the lifts are not working. But there are people with low mentality or I should say inconsiderate people who have the attitude of "Tak apa" or "I don't give a damn" dumped his/her rubbish at this area!!!
Imagine how will the residents escape in case of any fire and need to use the staircase. I bet those culprits will never ever think of that.
